One more detail to add. 4 months after this negative review went through - he randomly commented ''SCAMMER'' on my steam profile page, despite absolutely no interaction between us from the moment this -rep was left. Proof
-rep spamming with requests for reputation weeks after our trade. Using ways of communicating with trader long after the trade happened, with no intention to exchange items and the sole purpose of begging for reputation. Proof
Edit:
Adding additional information after he left negative reputation on my profile, with the same message as the reply he made to this negative reputation statement.
It's normal to ask for reputation after a trade. It's not normal to ask for reputation dozens of times, more than a week after the trade is over. The screenshot was taken in my message tab which shows all of the most recent messages sent on all of the trades, not the only trade he didn't delete his messages from. The counter evidence provided was manufactured by only showing 2 of the 4 total reputation requests made, which were both on the same post. The other 2 posts from my other trades were deleted by dmduncan37 to produce a fake claim against me, stating that I've faked the screenshot. If begging for reputation continuously wasn't a solid reason to give negative reputation to dmduncan37 then removing previous incriminating messages for the sole purpose of helping his argument is. He then posted a link to only one of the 3 trades he left messages on, claiming that those are the only requests for reputation he sent.
Note that all 3 of the most recent posts were made 1 day ago and two of them were deleted at the exact same time he left negative reputation and accused me of faking the screenshot.
Also note that the second user who left a negative rating stated ''he posted after week several times on several threads'' (click here for image) admitting that there were more than 2 posts on only 1 thread and defeating his own point of attempting to accuse me of faking a screenshot, only helping me prove that two messages on two threads were intentionally deleted to create false accusations against me. I'm sure this detail will later be edited when the user realizes the mistake they made and accuses me of faking another screenshot.
Screenshots of deleted messages from the user, yet again, personal information has been cropped out:
Screenshot of the only post from which he didn't remove his messages
But don't just take my word and screenshots for it, check the 3 posts on which he left a message asking for reputation, then deleted his messages on two of them to help his argument and accuse me of faking evidence against him. Links here:

I do however agree with his last two lines. Such behavior isn't eligible, there should be strict rules and enforcement.
This is the most manipulative and untrustworthy trader I've ever encountered, I recommend avoiding him like a plague.
Edit:
After further changes and edits of reputation the case seems to continue stacking up against dmduncan37 for even more offenses. Only one hour after the negative rating he left on my profile another user left a negative rating despite having never interacted with me or even been in a trade. The sole purpose of this rating was to confirm the information provided by dmduncan37 and pointed out that ''they do not know each other''. However, I've never seen a user randomly jump in and argue in the favor of the first person leaving negative reputation. Not only that, to return later and edit the negative reputation they left on someones profile they have never interacted with.
Here is a screenshot of the edited negative reputation statement left by the ''other'' user
With surprising coincidence, both of these users left their negative reviews within one hour of each other. The second user having never traded with me before, decided to back up the case of the first. Then he proceeded to further edit the information stated against me after dmduncan37 also adjusted and edited his statement. Both of the users also appear to have equal English skills and make the same errors. Either this is a very upstanding and caring citizen, who wishes to be deeply involved in every case, or someone dmduncan37 knows, if not their own alternate account.
At this point bothering me with multiple reputation requests long after our trade is the least of the offenses committed by this user. He has deleted previous evidence I had against him, then accused me of faking a screenshot, then likely used an alternative account or a friends help to leave a second negative rating on my profile to further confirm his own agenda and perhaps even swinging the vote in his favor by making use of 120+ steam friends and asking users to vote against me. The last two points are speculation, which can not be proven without a website moderator checking the names of users who voted against me and finding how many of them are on the users friends list, however, I wouldn't put any of this past him. Deceit, manipulation, false accusations and removal of information against them. The funny thing is, if the messages weren't removed in the first place and he didn't make claims of me faking screenshots, chances are the vote for review system would have worked in his favor and removed the negative review I initially left for nothing more than spamming requests for reputation.
I've made several attempts at contacting moderators with little result so far, my main intention is finding someone capable of viewing the 2 deleted messages. That is all it would take to prove my innocence and various offenses from dmduncan37. I will further update this message if I have any luck contacting people in charge of the website. I've also began recording everything relevant to this situation with both a browser recording software and a physical real life camera pointed at the monitor, just in case dmduncan37 decides to delete or change even more information, then accuses me of editing the video footage.
Update:
After my most recent edit, the statement supporting dmduncan37 by another user was retracted (screenshot here) and they no longer accuse me of faking any screenshots. However, dmduncan37 still hasn't changed his response besides adding in two bold lines about how I should stop editing this statement. I appreciate the kind advice to stop attempting to defend myself from fake accusations and just let you get away with it, but I think I'll pass.
How long you have been on the website or traded for doesn't mean or prove anything and is completely irrelevant to the situation. Having high reputation doesn't mean you can get away with offenses.
Dmduncan37 probably doesn't deserve negative rep for asking for it multiple times. I probably don't deserve negative rep for giving him negative rep. Removing his messages and trying to play it off as if I faked the screenshot, as if he only asked twice - that without doubt warrants negative reputation.
Hi, what do you do !!!
I'm just asking for a +rep.
