Bought a Galaxy on Fire 2 from him. I've had higher steamtrades rep and steam profile, so I asked him kindly to go first. He refused, and he wasn't very kind either, but I didn't care because I wanted the game. I went first, and traded him the key, and I got the code. I thanked, said goodbye and deleted him. He re-added me, and asked for +rep. I refused to give it to him, and told I wasn't satisfied by his services. Then he went totally crazy and negged me for not giving him +rep. How I see it is you're giving +rep to someone if you're satisfied by the seller, and he's behavior. Giving +rep is a favor, which is earned by respect, and asking for it is kinda unprofessional imo.
