Turns out he traded a copy with me that was fraudulently purchased. When approached with it, and I offered him to at least pay me back ~50% of the trade (6 keys out of a 13 key purchase) that way we would both take the hit. He refused and wanted to give me crap games from his inventory to "pay me back". This trader has no responsibility and could care less if the copy of a game he traded with you was stolen. As long as he gets his keys, he'll just block you. Look at the 4-pack he stole above. Useless Italian prick.
