Yeah, they were bought straight from the site, so I guess they didn't get any codes. I got these items through trades so i am not entirely sure how they work

Those are personal copies, if you didn't buy it yourself, you don't own it. And if you did, you shouldn't share it. There's no limit to how many copies people can make of those files.
Whoever gave it to you did so violating the policies of those sites.
If you continue to re-distribute copies of it, you are pretty much just asking for things in exchange for helping people pirate those games.
True. It's a DRM-free installer but in this case not associated with an account that you own.
Because it's a DRM free installer. It's in the name.
If you buy it from Humble, for example. there's always a link in your purchases page that you can use to download it. Once you do, that executable doesn't have any DRM, which is why people can distribute it without limitations. That doesn't mean that HB is giving you a license to do so.

It is a gog standalone installer, I got itt in a trade, I don't really no how it works but after contacting gog support they said it would be safe to sell as long as the license on the installer is still active (which they said it is) so, its just a standalone installer as far as I know
im not sure about it tbh if it was a gog code i could get along with it, i dunno if i'd be able to redeem it. i don't want to risk my keys if it doesn't redeem
Well. like I said, it is not a key. You don't need a key to redeem. It is just the installer. You download the file that I send to you and then go through the installer steps and then you are done.
