Paypal is emailing them to ebay users, although I haven't got one yet...
It works, but I cannot check out, since the coupon isn't for my paypal account, so I cannot buy what I wanted unfortunantly, hopefully I get a email soon.
Yeah, I was looking this up too. Apparently they're sending them to some people. I'm waiting to see if I get one too (probably not, because I already shop regularly and have recently on ebay, so I don't think Paypal would feel the need to send me any "incentive" to shop there).
@ OP, might wanna close this, only you can use it (you'd have to "buy" it for free for the person that uses it, which is a bit of a pita, and you might as well use it yourself. It makes anything $15 or under free.
