It's worthless, even if you'll activate game on steam, you can't play without account on HAWKEN site and you can't register there without Nemesis key.
You'll be able to create account only when game will be released and then it'll be F2P, so you don't need key to activate it.
I got my steam key from friend, activated it and still can't play, while game is on Early Access, bcz I can't create account on HAWKEN site.
