You should only enter to win giveaways for yourself, and if you win a game, it must be activated and redeemed to the Steam account used during registration.
LOL. SNEAKY. How you can check that? Are you moderator? How i can check you/others for same things? What to do if they don't activate codes?

No you cant keep codes, you must activate on your acc. You check if its valid by activation in steam :D
