Obviously I dont want to be full of shit, when I say I'm ready to offer at lower than market average I mean it. But your offer is by the price that is less than 50% and eventually, since you have more energy and possibly means, you will flip it closer to 90%. I have no issues with your prowess but the current offer does not seam reasonable to me. I would consider for something closer to 40-45 keys. That still will be market lowest.

It's a "sequel" but it is the same game essentially, dont see much difference in market price between two.
To be clear the value of my copy comes from a fact it is steamgift version. It does not look like developer has any interest extending the license with publisher so it is as dead as Alice for Steam.

Yes, you can use VPN, though I dont know specifics for 2021-2022. You can check NFOHump forums, they have dedicated thread for that in Games section.
