If you convert 1.5TF2 keys, in current market prices, into euro its about 2.70€. The game on sale costs 2.99€ so it's not much of a difference.
Although for the rest of the games which cost more than 3 keys the prices are good in my opinion.

76 roebles = €1,64
1.5 tf key = €2,79
Ur asking almost 100% more then value.
