Sorry to say, but trading Battle.net accounts is not safe. Even if you change password and email, the original owner can always get the account back by simply calling Blizzard support and give them original billing details or original cd key.

You don't seem to get it. All you will get is your account banned. Its against the ToS of ANY game to trade or sell accounts.
