That's a nice reason to want it. I read your entire post including the description. I'm not sure what you're referring to. There's nothing that defied your description. It's a bit rude to come out swinging like that. As a trader with only a handful of trades under your belt, it's pretty arrogant to assume you know values better than an experienced trader. The fact is Stellaris and Only Traitor combined are a 5 key or so trade value. Two of the three games I offered would represent between a 4-5 key value. How that 'screams lowball' is beyond me.
I was referring to the 'please only make fair offers' part; figured I made that pretty clear, when I said that I think it's a lowball offer.
Now, I didn't mean my answer to be rude or arrogant, just that I really don't see how it's a fair offer (hence the 'screams' part). It is indeed very true that I don't have nearly as much rep or experience trading as you (probably because I started earlier, I don't make trades easily - not that you necessarily do-, and some of the people that I traded with didn't leave any rep comment at all; also, I made a good amount of trades on the groupbuys group, and not everybody there has a steamtrades profile), but I don't think that means I can't have my own opinion on what value a game has.
As far as the value for what you want, I can agree that's fair. The Only Traitor DLC has only been in a Tier 3 so far, but it's pretty cheap, so I can't gauge its value properly. I can assume you (and the rest of the group of experienced traders here) value it at about 1 key, while the rest of 4 keys or so corresponds to Stellaris, and seeing as it was only in a $12 (or $10.80 if you know what you're doing) Monthly so far, I think that's a fair appraisal. But on the other hand, I can't agrree with the value of what you offer. From what I checked, Spelunky was in a tier 2 and a Monthly, but also pretty cheap in the last sale and some times before that; Flame in the Flood and Inside have only been bundled once so far, in a Monthly, just like Stellaris was, but to me even both combined aren't quite as valuable as Stellaris alone at the moment, since Stellaris was the early unlock and basically represented half the vallue of the June Monthly, while the others were not in the same situation in relation to the bundle they were part of. I know I put them near the top of my wishlist, but I'm not so eager to play them right now to not wait half a year or so until they get bundled again or I get them cheaper someplace else. I simply don't think Stellaris will depreciate as quickly.
Also, I'm basing my opinion from my (very little, of course) previous experience, i.e. the prices I've seen the HM Monthly games get sold at on the groupbuys group discussions and a trade I made some time ago with the other copy of Stellaris I had on hand. It was with this person, and judging from their rep (just like you did with me), they're not a newbie. I traded him Stelaris for Black Mesa, Oxenfree and Tales of Zestiria iirc, and while I think perhaps it was a little unfair for him/her, it was their offer in the first place and s/he seemed just as interested in my game as I was in theirs. So I think you can see why I expressed myself as I did.
Again, sorry for leaving the wrong impression, but that's just my opinion of your offered based on those particular games. Nothing wrong if you put more value on them than I do.

I was only checking threads at the time and your offer was on top and I just thought the offer was pretty low, but that's just a personal view.
Well first of all I didn't realize that it had dropped (due to 3 sellers) from $1 down to $0.50, but also it was the only title on his wishlist I had so I started a dialogue. I've probably commented on 20+ threads in the past 24 hours for NBA 2K17, and based on people's wants, not all will be perfectly equal. At such a low value of 2 keys tops currently for NBA 2K17, there's plenty of room for offers to vary. If you wish to find it an embarrassing offer, that's fine. I'm not arguing that it's a great offer, but it's not as if NBA 2K17 is a 5 key game.
As a side note, so much for the mention of you and I treating users on here with respect. Following another user around and publicly calling out a particular offer doesn't quite fit that mold. This seemed pretty inappropriate, did it not? If you really, really wish to be that person that enjoys talking about people's offers, do it privately and constructively.

I was aware of the low price for Maize even if Jiseru hadn't linked to it. Judging by the price for NBA 2K17 at the time of writing (9€, compared to Mazie's 0.35€), I don't think you could say that I'm mistaken calling it ridiculous or disrespectful this time. That is actually a pretty damn good offer. HBM game for another HBM game. But I'm not as interested in One Piece: PW 3 as I am in HLD at the moment. Especially since PW 3 comes without DLCs and I only have 1 copy of HLD right now, that I'd rather activate for myself unless there's someone offering a game I want more. Still, thank you for the great offer. It usually happens the other way around (like the above comment).
Yeah, that's fine. I kind of hate the fact that games have DLC even though the point is to try to push people into paying for DLC by including it in the bundle. It's kind of why I don't want it myself even though I have a low interest and don't really want to play it either.
I would probably just activate HLD yourself since the game is pretty fun if you have an idea if you like the type. It probably won't be cheap again for a good while.

As for the above offer from a bundle price we paid for perspective it's probably not that bad of a trade, but if you want to take grey market or inflated value then it's kind of bad, I guess. As a quick resort, I just check g2a to price games when uncertain.
It probably won't help to respond in the way you did, though (the second sentence). I started using barter.vg and most trades coming my way are really in the other user's favor and barely any are relatively fair. I really just ask to get ignored when I tell people the offers are bad and not to send me anymore like them. It doesn't help that I probably only have 2 trades there, but some people trade just because they want the game and they have no idea or care what it costs; others just for profitable trades. I imagine most people wouldn't do the opposite trade, though, since they would be aware of what they were losing if they did.

His reference to g2a is key here. It's a good place to view current trade values or at least roughly compare. The fact is, INSIDE + Spelunky exceeds Stellaris + The Only Traitor DLC right now, so again I vehemently refute the 'screams lowball' allegation.
Possibly most important, is Jiseru's point about not getting on people in such a passive aggressive way, especially if you really aren't experienced enough to know the ins and outs of all the sources to come to a proper valuation. The point was that I'm not seeing the value balance that you're obviously seeing. Also, It's pretty funny that Jiseru calls it a disadvantageous trade by grey market standars while you do the opposite (if I undersand what he said correctly of course, as far as the correctnes of my first reply goes, I explained in great detail in my previous message while I see it as correct, while you don't; I suppose at the end of the day you'll probably see me as helplessly deluded and move on, but that's life I guess).
You're not the first to mention G2A to me, and while I don't hold them in high regard and dislike supporting them, I do use their service in certain situations (like when I hate the publisher's guts, but I want to buy 'their' game anyway). From what I see, the price for Flame in the Flood seems about right, while those for Inside and Spelunky seem pretty inflated. I believe that if I sold them right now, or if I waited a bit for their price to go up a little, I could eventually buy 2 of the games you offered and still retain some profist (again, I don't see why I would buy Spelunky for +5 euros and Inside for +7 when the first was 2.50 in the sale a week ago and Inside is at most roughly half of that when you compare it to the other games in the corresponding Humble Monthly). I thought the hole point of G2A was for us scoundrels to cheat the developers/publishers and get the games much cheaper. And all this is if you even consider G2A as a good point of refernce, which I don't completely do (have you noticed that you can buy Garry's mod from them for more than 10 euros minimum, which is more than the full price atm?)
I understand that I offended you unintentionally and I am sorry for that, so I'll try to keep 'passive aggresive' replies and be rude (intentionally) to those guys that offer crappy or free games for tier 2 and HM games; they're sure to come sooner or later. Just keep in mind that the fact that you're an experienced trader (more so than me anyway) doesn't mean I have to see things the same way as you do (again, Jiseru didn't seem to completely agree with you either, and he has as many rep as you) and that you can also use that status to get trades that are at least a bit unfair for the other party, especially if they're new to trading, like you categorized me as (I don't share the same opinion, again)

I'm mostly interested in PW 3 because I'm a huge One Piece fan. Not so much a fighting games fan though. So I can wait some more, I already have a huge backlog anyway.
I'm not sure what I want right now either. The problem is that SH and Armello are both 'still fresh' and going by G2A, PW3 is pretty cheap atm. So, throwing niceness out the window (hypothetically; really dislike doing that), it wouldn't seem like a smart trade for me, though I suppose only time will tell.

I think most people won't care what you say unless you go overboard. I've seen some people say a lot worse and people still post to trade with them. It's pretty much just about trading and they don't care what you do. I don't think most people even read posts and just scroll to the bottom to post anyway.
From a valued perspective, it's not smart if you like to wait on what goes up and what goes down but it goes both ways. I thought even on g2a OPW3 is hovering around $5 which is probably above average for a game. SH and Armello could go up or down but I think it's safe to say they'll probably hover around $4 at least for a bit and then only go up especially SH if I had to guess.
I know some games were surprise gems (for $) like Slime Rancher (sold some extra copies for $7 to people here when it was out of the bundle for a while, but it seemed to go for $12 on g2a) and WWE2K (which probably sold between $10 to $15 on g2a and now it is up to $25 somehow). So NBA2K17 will probably be stupidly high like that months later if you want to cash in on those type of games.
If you're ever interested later, feel free to respond or post in my thread, but just trade for what seems best in the end.

Regardless of everything, I pretty much just like relatively fair trades regardless of who you are. Values are wildly subjective so it's just whatever mostly, but it's not that hard to toss something somewhat fair in my opinion. I just think if someone is going to say they're an experienced trader, you can bet they know exactly what something is worth and what your game is worth (personal fucking opinion, of course) but I see plenty of bad offers all the time just trying to turn a profit (lower sought cheap games for decent priced ones)

Yes, I know I'm still talking about 'him' and I don't have anything against him but what was said and no sooner a day later I just happen to see an offer I thought was pretty bad. It actually just made me sort of laugh a bit in a sense when I thought about it.
Sometimes I do try to say "hey! That's a bad trade" and to just check g2a if you have 0 idea and care but I'd also get tired of "hey! fuck off!" if I kept doing it. I've only done it when I'm looking for a trade anyway.

I have the feeling I'll need that good luck with the way some people are around here. I would say most of the games traded on this site are not famous, yet they still get traded daily, so this just seems like an attempt to take advantage of me to be honest, since apparently having few rep automatically makes me a newbie and complete idiot to some people, it seems. I also find hard to believe you haven't seen it before since plenty of people have it in their threads and you were the one to ask me for it in the first place.

It's a pretty fair offer, but (maybe I'm just greedy) the DLC has only been bundled once so far and it's quite possible it won't be again for a while. I know I 've been waiting for it to be bundled a long time, so I can't trade it so easily. I also unexpectedly got Eldritch in the meantime and I think I'll get Ninja Pizza Girl soon, so unless you have something interesting to add to your offer, I'm gonna have to pass. I'm curious how you think half of a $7 bundle (was $6 at the start, $5.40 if you're really dedicated) makes up for 2 games that probably most people around here expect at least 5 keys for. Perhaps it would be a fair trade in half an year or so, but not now.

I don't feel particularly bad taking this long to answer you though, since the offer you proposed to me a week ago has got to be the worst I've received so far (except maybe from scammers). Are you seriously asking me to trade an unbundled valuable game (lowest price hasn't gone below 6.50 in a long time; and it's a gift no less), a removed unbundled game (also a gift), a Humble Monthly game (around 5€ on G2A at the time of writing) and an admittedly lower valued tier 2 game for two tier 1 games, a somewhat valuable tier 2 game and a not totally trash free game? And to add insult to injury, I already own two of those and the other 2 aren't even on my wishlist. That's what makes your offer so bad to me.
If you're actually serious about this offer, than I recommend starting to use this asap. And you can try finding some common sense and respect for fellow traders too. That would help.

Not the most unfair offer I've ever seen (it's relatively fair compared to some of the ones I've received so far, just look a bit above) but even though Brutal Legend has also been in a tier 1 bundle a few years back and Human: Fall Flat is currently in a $5 bundle, they're still both more valuable to me.
If you care for G2A, you might want to try selling Speedrunners on there and buying Brutal Legend with the money you're left with (should be more than 2 euros). Good luck with your trades!
