That's why I said "packs" and not just "pack". In any case feel free to throw any offer whenever you want but seriously, if you're looking for some huge discount when buying in bulk (And it has to be a BIG bulk, not just one of each DLC) then I'm not sure we'll reach a deal here.
I already set my prices as low as possible to avoid wasting my time with haggling and whatnot (You can even get most of the newest DLCs that weren't even on sale for half the price here right now). I'm trying to make this thread the most reliable place where to get PAYDAY 2 and its DLC for cheap, that's why the base game is just 2 TF2 keys when most of the people sell it for 4.

No, these prices are the absolute minimum you'll find in the market. I specifically set them to the lowest possible value exactly to avoid this kind of discussion, and even if I would do any discounts I would definitely not do that for 2 mere DLCs.
That mostly depends of what you're buying. If it's just one small DLC it would be cheaper to just trade TF2 keys due to fees.

There will be no Completely Overkill pack DLC keys. There's only a total of 50000 of them and they're all sold on steam.
No idea about the Overkill pack though, maybe in a month. I am not sure at all though.

The DLC is quite low on the store right now, it would be better for you to just buy it from over there (At least anything that's 70% off or more). I'll just save my keys for once the sale ends and prices go back to normal and trade the butcher mod pack for TF2 keys and gems as it's too cheap to use paypal for it.

Even though the gem sacks are worth over $0.85 and a TF2 key is worth less than $2.37? The only reason I'm asking you to accept 4 sacks of gems is cause If I was to buy a key, I could only trade it after waiting a week, meanwhile sacks of gems don't have that issue.
Prices and the conversion are listed up there, if you don't like them you can go to the store and buy the mod pack for $5 or get the DLC from somebody else who wants to sell them for a similar price right now.
I mostly deal with TF2 keys and the lower price IS because of them being instantly tradable when I get them via trades over here.
I'm not charging more for sacks of gems, I'm charging less for TF2 keys in compensation to the people who give me an instantly tradable TF2 key.

I don't reserve keys, first come first serve. Also I can make this trade cheaper than what it would cost you in the store but the items you're asking for are so cheap (Except for the butcher pack) that you would end up pretty much paying the same than at the store due to taxes.
We can trade a butcher mod pack for 1 TF2 key + 1 sack of gems or all those keys for 3 TF2 keys. I assume you buy the TF2 keys for cheap via paypal, right? If you get them for $6 you can get $11 worth of content for that much.

I doubt I'll be able to get the overkill packs, it would be better to trade with russians who buy 4 packs, I've seen them trading some for 1 key + a TOD ticket.

Yeah I saw them, but 1.5 keys are more than the half price of the pack. Even with a group buy, I would have gotten it for 1.5$.
