if your trading a gift, and whoever has it scams you. you can still attempt to recover it if the person has not already redeemed it.
This little thread is just to show people that they can reclaim back gifts they have sent to people who have not yet redeemed them on their steam accounts.
First when you send the gift to the recipient, you can track if the gift has been redeemed or not. If it has not yet been redeemed your gift will be located in pending gifts.
Pending gifts
Now in order to reclaim the gift you have to click "resend gift".
Which will bring you to this screen:

Now scroll to the bottom, click return gift to my account, and click next. After clicking next the gift will be back in your inventory for you to resend to trade again.
I Just made this so people know you can do this, not as a means to scam people.
If you sent the gift through email and you have already reclaimed the gift back to your account, and that person clicks the link they will end up with this error message
Ignore the fact that it's 2 different games, i kind of messed up the first time.
