maybe I'm interested in the following titles - how many TF2 keys or gems (a few titles are not worth a full TF2 key) would you like to get for them:

yeah i checked my prices they were pretty bad, i was new to trades and got all those games from famous websites instead of keyshops lol, i can do sniper elite 4(4.23$) for 1 TF2 key(2.20$) and and some sack of gems to make it to atleast 3.6~3.9$ ?

Batman: Arkham Collection --> is this really the complete BAC?
Blair Witch --> 1TF2 key
Goat Simulator --> 2000 gems
Outlast 2 --> 6000 gems
Them and Us --> 6000 gems
Sniper Elite 4 --> unfotunately I only could give 1TF2 key for that (it will be probably bundled several times in the future)
Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition --> 1TF2 key + 3000 gems
you can check gg.deals, they will show you the lowest prices, but those lowest prices are from scam keystores like g2a, gamivo, kinguin etc, and i usually buy my keys from driffle, humblebundle, cdkeys, which arent as low as those scam stores, then i have to trade them already at a loss on trades, so i dont think i can get discount anything, example - sniper elite 4 is 5$ on cdkeys, but i will sell or trade it at 4.23$ which is like the shadystore price, then you ask it for one key which is like 2.20 $,so yeah, hope you get the idea
Thank you for your explanation - most of the guys I trade with take the grey market prices and subtract 15 to 20% from that.
