-REP, made a deal for a trade then they tried to change the terms of the trade AFTER I provided my key, then tried saying I didn't understand the terms so I needed to give more keys to fix it

I sold him 1 game for 55€ and i give the steam key and he doesnt pay nor he doesnt want to pay he always says "I have to resell first then i will send your money" but he didn,t said that BEFORE THE TRADE AND I WARNED HIM MANY TIMES TO PAY THE PAYMENT OF THE GAME VIA PAYPAL BUT HE STILL REFUSES TO PAY AND TRYING TO GET RID OF ME(NOT PAYING) im waiting my payment on my paypal if he pays i will edit this otherwise it will be here NEGATIVE FOREVER HE STEALS MY GAME AND HE DIDNT PAY ME YET!!
